[FONT=&quot]Protik is a local NFP organization created by the result of a joint contribution of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF), the Government of Albania, Microsoft, Cisco and Albtelecom. The mission of Protik is to catalyze the development of Albania’s ICT industry by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, stimulating demand for ICT, and promoting partnerships and networking. [FONT=&quot]Protik Center is seeking qualified applicants for the part time open position of Project Coordinator for “Advanced ICT Training Curricula Project”, founded by Assist Impact. This project will be implemented over a year period. The Project Coordinator intends to find mechanisms to develop a profitable training portfolio that will involve identifying potential ICT training providers and[/FONT][FONT=&quot] sell seats to businesses to market the innovative ICT training programs[/FONT][FONT=&quot]. She/He will be responsible to prepare progress reports related to the training curricula [/FONT][FONT=&quot]to successfully implement it. The key responsiblities will be the following:[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Identify and contact the potential ICT training institutions, to find the best offerings in the region[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Discuss with the selected training providers to modify the advanced ICT training content to meet client requirements[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Develop a Training Evaluation Methodology to [/FONT][FONT=&quot]collect information about the quality and relevance of the training offered[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Engage in B2B marketing to sell the required number of training seats to increase Protik’s incomes from the training portfolio [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Successful candidates will have a Bachelor degree required in social science, economics, business, statistics, or a related field, also Master’s Degree preferred. The candidate will have at least three years of professional experience in managing / coordinating projects in the non for profit sector. Successful candidates should have a background in ICT and/or very good knowledge of the ICT sector.[/FONT]
