Security & Investigation Senior Analyst
Job purpose:
• Implement and improve an Information Security Management System in accordance with international standards(ISO27001) and best practices. Ensure successful implementation of the Customer Data Security program.
• Protect Vodafone confidential information from un-authorized disclosure/leakage through the operation of proper controls. Implement, review and improve the controls. Put proper policies and procedures in place.
• Perform Information Security Audits on Vodafone critical third parties.
• Investigate all suspected cases of dishonesty or illegal conduct against Vodafone by external & internal sources.
• Deliver appropriate Security & Fraud Awareness training, induction and information.

Main job accountabilities
• Ensure Vodafone Albania products, services, systems, processes etc are compliant with information security best practices.
• Protect and secure confidential information and customer data privacy
• Monitor, investigate and identify any relative risks / threats and propose corrective / preventive actions or participate in the coordination of such implementation where necessary, in order to ensure and maintain effective information security prevention and/or detection controls, mechanisms and best practices
• Identifies potential cases of information leakage, fraudulent attempts by monitoring the incidents of the Data Leakage Prevention solution, or by processing internal/external security referrals.
• Participate in the identification, implementation and maintenance of effective information security prevention and/or detection controls, mechanisms, methodologies and best practices.
• Assist and participate in further development, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Data Leakage Prevention solution.
• Participate and follow-up findings of any internal / external audit or security risk assessments in order to identify and detect any relative risks. Special focus on customer data protection (internal/external).
• Perform information security risk assessments and provide recommendations and relative corrective actions on New Products and Services.
• Review Business & Technical specification documents or contracts from Information Security point of view and participate in the respective acceptance tests and/or workshops.
• Conduct investigations in all internal and external allegations
• Deliver security awareness communications and training to employees.
• Deliver information security audits for critical third parties.
• Participate in the Protect & Secure security awareness transformation programme.
• Create respective reports
• Participate in all Vodafone Albania activities relating to Information Security, i.e:
- To participate in any procedure for self-assessment process, development and enhancement of Vodafone Albania Integrated Quality Management System, management of security related internal and external audits.
• Close cooperation with Vodafone Group Corporate Security in order:
- To establish effective strategies on information security;
- To perform risk analysis and evaluation and to prepare proposals and recommendations for improvement;
- To analyse the technology and systems available in order to avoid security risks;
- To participate and provide feedback in all Information Security related projects.
• Align local information security policies with international standards and latest Vodafone Group recommendations
• Propose innovative solutions in the area of information security management.
• Propose specialized advice with internal stakeholders regarding information security areas.

Profile Requirements
• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Economics.
• Good Knowledge of mobile telecom networks (including GSM, GPRS etc.).
• Working knowledge/operational experience in investigations.
• Knowledge of Data Leakage Prevention systems.
• Experience in communication and training.
• Experience on the protection of confidential information.
• Very good investigative, analytical and reporting skills.
• Certifications in the area of information security would be beneficial.
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, UNIX etc), database (Data processing techniques), SQL and computer networks.
• Interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and with great attention to detail
