Essential Job Requirements:

  • Create culinary experiences with the finest ingredients, considering the seasonal availability of products. Maintain open lines of communication with senior chefs to enhance quality.
  • Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Cuisine following instructions and recommendations. Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
  • Control incoming goods and stores it in perfect conditions. Control food stock and food cost in his section
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel. Maintain sanitation procedures (HACCP)
  • Actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions
  • Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Being a team player, assisting other team members when necessary
  • Coordinate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
  • Good English and Albanian verbal and written
