Job Announcement
Protik is a local NFP organization created as a joint contribution of the United States Agency for International Development USAID, the Albanian American Development Foundation, the Government of Albania, Microsoft, Cisco and Albtelecom. The mission of Protik is to catalyze the development of Albania’s ICT industry by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, stimulating demand for ICT, and promoting partnerships and networking.


Protik Center is seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Finance Officer (part-time) – The Finance Officer (FO) is responsible for maintaining financial operations of the Protik center. This includes financial planning, products and services profitability checks, build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial and state institutions, financial reports and forecasts. In collaboration with the CEO define tasks for the Operations/Event manager that link to the financial aspects of the Center and work to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
Successful candidates have a BA/S or equivalent in accounting or finance, progressive financial management experience, excellent knowledge of one financial software, and ability to switch and work with other accounting systems. Some experience in grants management preferred. Computer skills including the Excel spreadsheet, word-processing programs, and outlook or alternative email program at a highly proficient level;
