Protik ICT Resource Center
Protik is a local NFP organization created as a joint contribution of the United States Agency for International Development USAID, the Albanian American Development Foundation, the Government of Albania, Microsoft, Cisco and Albtelecom. The mission of Protik is to catalyze the development of Albania’s ICT industry by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, stimulating demand for ICT, and promoting partnerships and networking.
Protik Center is seeking qualified applicants for the following position:
Communications Specialist and Office Assistant (CSOA) – The CSOA will help develop Protik’s internal and external communication channels. She or he will assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies for both internal and external audiences to achieve communication goals defined by Protik. As part of her or his job, the communication specialist will facilitate day to day operations and events and ensure that the technical staff and visitors get the necessary support to maximize their performance and experience. The CSOA reports to Protik’s CEO.
Successful candidates will have a university degree in communication science, public relations or the equivalent. The candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a communication specialist, preferably in a NGO. An excellent command of English and Albanian in speaking and writing is required.
