Job Description
This position will be responsible for creating Dynamic Frameworks for business process implementation, optimizing and expanding SOA integration middleware with new Communication Protocols. The developer needs to possess proficient programming skills in Java Enterprise, plus a broad knowledge of all related skills in web development areas. This person should have an consolidated knowledge of Web Server and Application Server technologies.
Qualifications
• Strong Internet technologies background including HTTP, SSL, XML, TCP/IP, Web Services, JSP
• Knowledge of Java Frameworks (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, etc. ).
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Requirements analysis and design abilities combined with strong development skills.
• Ability to deliver on time according to requirements and business needs
• Ability to complete tasks on time and within budget in a climate of frequent change
• Ability to perform effectively with minimal management oversight
• Project Management Skills
• Ability of Managing a Work Group
• Ability of Architectural System Design
Experience Required
• 4+ years of full-time/hands-on Java development experience with a proven ability to develop robust commercial applications
• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
• 4+ years of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development experience.
• Experience in web site development using content management.
• 2+ Experience with Application Servers (JBoss, Websphere, GlassFish,WebLogic) is required. Experience with the WebLogic Application Server is strongly desired.
• 2+ Software modelling experience e.g. UML) and application of standard methodologies (e.g. RUP).
• Experience in Telecommunication or Banking Domain is desired
• 2+ J2EE experience (including Entity and Session EJBs, MDBs, JMS, JDBC etc) is strongly desired.
• 4+ Experience with Relational Databases and SQL is required including development of multi-tier solutions.
• 3+ Experience in ORACLE, PL/SQL.
• Experience with JDBC, OOA, OOD, UML and use case analysis is a plus
• Experience in developing applications for Social Network API (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) is desired
• Windows and Linux / Unix experience is required. UNIX / Linux shell scripting experience is desired.
Education Required
Master Degree in Computer Science.
