An International Company, with head office in Tirana, is looking for Man Power Operator
Requirements:
- Ensure human resources developments in company by identifying requirements for placements, recruitment and training
- Propose, analyses and evaluates current and new positions and for performance appraisal system as well.
- Combine the activities of operational character with HR company strategic planning
- Research, evaluate data and prepare comprehensive, concise report and recommendations
Graduated in Social Science, preferable social worker
Good legal knowledge relating to preparation of labor contract
Good communication skills with employees and relevant Albanian organizations
Strong writing and verbal skill both in Albanian and English languages
At least 3 years experience in HR management
