EKONET is seeking a dynamic and talented General Manager and product managers to join its office in Albania as well the product development team. Working closely with customers, prospects, marketing, sales, engineering and customer services, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, feature definition, and launch plans necessary to achieve maximum penetration into the Albanian markets of the brands EKONET represents
1. General Manager (one position)
- Administer the affairs of the corporation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws, and standing rules according to Board action.
- Attend Board and Coordinating Committee meetings, disseminating information between governance bodies and staff, and reporting on workplace operations, finances, planning, and other matters as necessary.
- Managing Sales and marketing in the company
- Management of the Day to day operations
- Chanel and distribution sales development
- Plan and Deliver a monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecast
- Coordinating and managing product and logistics management
2. Product Manager CISCO /Microsoft (two positions)
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Perform product demos to customers
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
- Deliver a monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue forecast
- Develop and/or use vendor sales tools and collateral
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
- Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Perform market assessment and document market requirements for product positioning in the Albanian market
- Perform competitive analysis and determine strategic fit of products in the Albanian space
- Direct customer focus groups that lead to an understanding of the customer need and business opportunity
- Evaluate and communicate the financial impacts of potential product features
3. Logistic manager (1 position)
- Order processing and tracking of goods
- Coordinating, managing, and supervising all logistic, communication
- monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
- Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements;
- Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
- liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
- Developing business by gaining new contracts,
- Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
- Managing import and export procedures
- Consumer / client warranty and return pplicy management
- Sales Out and inventory reports
- Maintain and provide records and reports
Required experience and knowledge (pozita 1 dhe 2)
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) –(for general manager MBA an asset)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT
- Some knowledge of Microsoft and CISCO family product range
- Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English – written and verbal
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Background në Information technology / Busines / Sales / Management
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel , Outlook, Powerpoint
- Excellent team-building and project management skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Valid travelling documents
- Must be able to travel 20% of the time
- Valid drivers license (position 1 and 2 an asset - position 3 requriement )
