Innova Solutions Albania, a fast growing Telecommunications Company is seeking for:
FIELD TRANSMISSION ENGINEERS (Code: TE)
Duties:
· To plan, design and engineer the installation of Transmission Systems (Wireless, Wireline and/or Optical Systems) such as MW Radio Relays, ADSLs etc;
· To dimension Equipment and Installation Accessory Lists for Transmission Systems Installation;
· To perform Site Surveys and edit instructions, procedures and application notes on the Transmission Systems Installation;
· To perform Commissioning and Testing of Transmission Systems;
· To write and edit Commissioning and Testing Procedures.
Basic Requirements:
• University Degree or other Institute Diploma in Communication or Electronic or Electrical Engineering;
• MSC Degree in above is considered as an asset;
• Knowledge in Transmission Planning Tools and Quality Performance Calculations;
• Planning & Organizing of Project Implementation;
• Good Coordination and Communication Skills;
• Ability to adhere to internal quality processes and procedures;
• Self motivation and ability to work well in a team environment;
• Ability to supervise and command subordinate personnel;
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Full Driving License (Professional);

Extra Qualifications
· 2-6 years experience in Transmission Engineering Projects is considered as an extra bonus.
