" SWISSMED " offices are in the Lagja Kalabria, LL-C1, Prishtina, Kosovo. Our company operates based in standards and quality of service.
“SWISSMED " is announcing a job position seeking to employ a qualified person in the position of Application Specialist for Laboratory Equipment.
Title: Application Specialist
Position Summary:
The Application Specialist (Laboratory products) will provide onsite technical and application support, customer training, product demonstrations and sales support in the area of laboratories. He/she will solve problems independently and within established policies and procedures.
Job Objective:
• Responsible for application, installation, training and work monitoring of the customers.
• To achieve target in line with the vision of the company.
• To establish and maintain the customer’s relationship professionally.
Tasks:
• To have good knowledge of the Roche Instruments and the tests menu.
• To develop and update the data base of the customers.
• Responsible to develop and maintain excellent clients relationship.
• Continuous track and report of market and competition information.
Profile
• The candidate has to be graduated in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Technician Laboratory, or equivalent field.
• Preferred to have laboratory experience.
• Willing to travel in different cities.
• Willing to take customer calls after hours.
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
• Must have good organizational and communication skills.
• To be ambitious to achieve targets and personal development in a modern company environment
• To have good knowledge of English language and PC (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
• To have a driving license.
