[FONT=&quot]Position: Sales Manager[/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Main duties that the candidate will perform:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]To contribute together with Marketing, to business planning to develop the portfolio and channel plans, the yearly and monthly sales budget. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To lead and control the Sales team in order to ensure that policies, procedures and activities meet [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To establish with each sales manager realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To monitor on regular basis, the achievement of sales volumes and revenues versus the yearly budget, in order to suggest the corrective actions. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To maximize the merchandising efforts by seeing that units are attractive and attention getting and use effective displays.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To maintain relationships with wholesalers by performing regular market visits in order to investigate the operations and the fulfillment of contractual agreements with a special focus on the avoidance of transshipment.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To maintain relationships with key accountants by performing regular market visits in order to favor the creation of additional business opportunities [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To monitor the competitive environment in order to identify business threats and opportunities in terms of existing and new clients.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To review the performance of sales force and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]To offer coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help the sales force to meet the sales objectives[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Skills and qualifications:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]University Degree in Economics for Marketing or Business Administration.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Relevant experience in a competitive environment [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Very strong abilities to motivate and lead the sales team.[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience in developing the sales strategies. [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Strong skills in problem-solving [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages) [/FONT]
