The applicants should have the following specifications:
-University degree in Management or related fields. Master would be an advantage.
-Experiences in the field of creation and management of costumer services,
-Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary; should be capable of communicating effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Assuming duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
- Have to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English, written and spoken.
