Finance Manager / CFO Job description
- Run the Budget Planning Process and Perform Budget Control for both OPEX, CAPEX and REVENUE
- Perform Account Balance Reconciliations with Suppliers and Customers at least once per year
- Manage the Tax Audits whenever those occur and be responsible to comply with TAX regulation as well respect and follow all tax related procedures
- Responsible for the annual inventory and stock control
- Manage the Collection of Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Negotiations with customers and suppliers for credit limits and payment terms
- Prepare Bank Statement closing report daily
- Responsible to issue Invoices for services and Products based on the respective contract terms and POs
- Produce Cash Flow Forecast and Trial Balance monthly
- Prepare Monthly Managerial P&L & Balance Sheet reports
- Manage the Accounting Entries for Supplier Invoices
- Manage the Warehouse Inventory from Accounting Perspective
- Negotiations with banks for working capital, interest rates, bank guarantees
Skills and Qualifications
- More than 7 years experience in Finance managing roles
- Very Good Knowledge about IFRS and Tax issues
- Fluent and business professional English language
- Very good Presentation and Communication Skills
- Master degree in Finance and other postgraduate studies
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking
- Planning and budgeting skill
