Terms of Reference for a Consultant
In the frame of the Child Protection Safety Net project, which envisions a functioning statutory child protection system and a local community committed to taking proactive child protection actions. Terre des hommes Albania has heavily supported the development of competences and capacities of actors to act upon cases identified. In this regard, Tdh Albania has coordinated the development of a comprehensive in-service Training Curriculum for Child Protection/Welfare Workers.
Terre des hommes is currently looking for consultants to undertake a thorough scientific review of the 11 developed curriculum modules.
Qualifications and experience:
-University Degree in Social Sciences (PhD)
- Minimum of 10 years of experiences in the field of social work/ child protection practices
-Proven record of scientific expertise in the related fields of experience
-Excellent written skills in Albanian language
