Terms of Reference for a fundraising consultant
Terre des hommes, Mission in Albania, has implemented three main projects from 2009-2012, particularly focusing on ‘Developing a Child Protection Safety Net’ (CPSN), which envisions a fully-functioning statutory child
protection system and a local community committed to taking proactive child protection actions. With the end of the main CPSN project, in December 2012, which also coincides with Terre des hommes’ next 5 years strategic planning for the Eastern European region, new sources of funding need to be identified and the fundraising strategy reviewed.
In this process, Tdh is seeking the assistance of an experienced professional to map potential funding instruments, their modalities in country and at regional level and identify donors priority areas and strategies that would match Tdh’s interventions over the next 5 years.
