- [FONT="]Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Implement and maintain office systems[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Maintain schedules and calendars[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Handle incoming mail and other material[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Liaison with internal and external contacts[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Excellent knowledge of English (writing and speaking)[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Knowledge of German (writing and speaking) it is an advantage[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Relevant training or qualification[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Knowledge of business principles[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Proven experience in information and communication management [/FONT]
- [FONT="]Verbal and written communication skills[/FONT]
