Finance Manager Tasks/Responsibility
- Maintain bookkeeping of the Company for internal and tax purposes;
- Maintain day-to-day financial control of the budget and ensure that all finances are properly administrated and monitored;
- Organize and maintain appropriate financial files as per tax regulations and ensure that all relevant procedures and documents are updated;
- Take care of monthly, quarterly and or yearly tax filing of the Company or its client such as: (a) payroll draft and its filing; (b) draft of Sales & Purchases book and its filing; (c) VAT filing; (d) Tax on Personal Incomes filing; (e) Social & Health Contribution filing; (f) CIT filing; (g) Withholding Tax filing; (h) draft of Financial Statements in compliance with NAS/IAS and IFRS;
- Maintain appropriate relation and official correspondences with clients, suppliers, government and Tax Authority;
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis of expenses to the governing body;
- Ensure that all financial obligations towards thirds parties are met on time;
- Support the team of the Company in drafting Memorandums on Tax Law, drafting Financial Proposals to participate in tender proceedings;
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
Finance Manager Experience and Requirements
- CPA or MBA preferred;
- University Degree in Finance or Management;
- Minimum three years of experience in similar position;
- Very good knowledge of Financa 5 accounting software;
- Strong communication skills:
a) excellent written and spoken Albanian
b) very good written and spoken English
c) very good written and spoken Italian
d) knowledge of or proficiency in written and spoken German would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of Accountancy, NAS, IAS and IFRS and also of Albanian Tax Legislation;
- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Strong experience in financial statement analysis;
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Strong and self motivating personality;
- Good communicational skills and ability to work in team;
