[FONT="]•As a front-liner, the job holder will directly interact with existing and potential clients, to provide a superior and consistent quality of Travel services, to sell Airline tickets and Travel related products including Leisure Travel.
•The job-holder will be required to convert maximum number of enquiries into `Ticketed sales` increasing SAFAR's revenues at every sales opportunity, through efficient and friendly customer service, and perform dual functions simultaneously (Ticket Sales/Reservation and Tele Sales/Reservation).
RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS •Arithmetic skills and an excellent knowledge of World Geography.
•Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills.
•PC skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
•Spoken English and fluency in other international languages an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE •A` levels or equivalent, graduate is preferable.
•Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry.[/FONT]
