Position: Business Applications Administrator
Job location: Information Systems Department – Head Office
Summary
This position is responsible for leading the configuration, maintenance and administration of the ERP, POS, and other Software solutions across the Balfin Group, which actually consists of: MS Dynamics NAV, POS Software, Finance 5 and its different modules, and other proprietary software applications that different units in the Group do use. Also he and his Team are responsible for providing application usage assistance (incl. training) to the system users, testing and configuring the different system parameters, creation of special reports from the application and the system arrangement for different processes determined by the Finance Department (and other functional user groups) such as: inventory, year-end results, auditing teams, etc.
Main duties
· Leading of the IS Division in existing Application Support.
· Translation of Business Financial Needs into IS Implementations.
· Parameters administration of ERP/POS Software and other applications.
· Testing & configuration of ERP/POS Software and other applications.
· MS Dynamics NAV / application configuration for new stores or sites.
· Involvement in MS Dynamics NAV / other application implementation across the Group.
· Lead the policy setting and coordination of user training for the different key applications within the Group. Where possible and agreed, prepare and deliver such training.
· Troubleshooting and in-house fixes
· User groups profile creation.
· User profile administration.
· Report setup for daily use
Other duties
· Mobile devices configuration for inventories like normal inventory stock takes, as well as cycle counts
· Inventory processing.
Position Profile
· University degree in MIS, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent working experience in the specific field
· At least 3 years of working experience
· Must have good knowledge of retail business processes
· Must have good understanding of retail software applications
· Must be able to work overtime if needed
· Must have good knowledge in English
· Preferred age from 25 to 35 years old
Personal skills
· Communicative and responsible.
· Smart and confident
· Intuitive and efficient in problem solving.
· Able to cope with stress / deliver within tight deadlines
· Able to work in group.
