[FONT=&quot]Responsibilities[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email,[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and authentication administration[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]upgrades, and routine hardware configuration[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Required Qualifications[/FONT][FONT=&quot]:[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices, setting[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]and maintaining policies and rights/security within a Windows Server 2000/2003[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]environment:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Cisco routers and switches[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Wireless Access Points[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Windows Server 2000/2003 Active Directory[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Previous responsibility for providing customer support[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Demonstrable level of competence including:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]networking[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Working knowledge of common network monitoring and security utilities[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]-Troubleshooting focused on determining hardware vs. software, hardware vs.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]firmware, software vs. operating system, network vs. application/systems, and[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]patterned vs. non-repeatable problems[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]2+ years of network administration mandatory[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Ability to prioritize and multitask[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent communication and interpersonal skills[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering related)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Current CCNA strongly preferred[/FONT]
