- Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve objectives.
• Follows and implements the entire process of adding products
• Market monitoring and competition analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners at the national and international level
• Preparation of periodic reports on sales performance and suggestions for improvements
• Communicates with suppliers (farmers) regarding product sales processes.
• Leads and motivates the sales team.
Profile Requirements:
• University Diploma in Business Management
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Previous experience in a Sales Manager position or similar role.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Deep market knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to develop lasting relationships with clients.
