Job Description – Marketing Coordinator (Hotel / Hospitality)​

Location: Green Coast Hotel
Department: Marketing & Sales
Employment Type: Seasonal May-September

Position Summary​

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and branding activities of our hotel. The role focuses on promoting the hotel’s services, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting revenue growth through digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities​

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns to promote rooms, F&B outlets, events, and special offers
• Coordinate content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all hotel marketing communications
• Assist in managing social media accounts and online reputation (reviews, ratings, guest feedback)
• Coordinate photo shoots, video content, and promotional materials for the hotel
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, and media partners
• Support promotional events, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
• Track and report marketing performance, including occupancy-related promotions
• Conduct competitor and market analysis within the hospitality sector
• Maintain marketing assets, databases, and content calendars

Qualifications & Skills​

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in hospitality marketing is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing,
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
