Job Title: Bar Supervisor (Seasonal)​

Contract Type: Seasonal
Period: April – September

Job Summary​

Green Coast Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team for the summer season. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service, managing bar staff, and delivering an excellent guest experience in line with the hotel’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities​

• Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory and wastage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in creating drink menus and promotions when required
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and management teams
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Support management with reporting and daily operational needs

Requirements​

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
