- Prepare and present a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes according to the menu and hotel standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and related equipment.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and handling standards, including HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and creative sushi presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-standard restaurant or hotel setting.
- Expertise in Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
