Green Coast Hotel is seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team for the peak season from April to September. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality pizzas according to the hotel’s menu and standards. This seasonal role requires expertise in dough preparation, pizza baking techniques, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and present pizzas according to menu specifications and hotel standards.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and freshness of all pizza ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and related equipment.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and handling standards, including HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and creative pizza offerings.
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role within a high-standard kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
