Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support check-in and check-out procedures under the supervision of the front office team.
- Respond to guest requests and issues courteously and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, record keeping, and handling payments.
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area organized and presentable.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s standards for professionalism and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays during the season.
