Job Title: Hostess – Hotel Bar Seasonal​

Job Description​

As a Seasonal Hostess at our five-star hotel bar, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, elegant, and professional first impression throughout the peak season. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and supporting the bar team to ensure a smooth guest flow and an exceptional service experience in a refined and stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities​

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently during peak hours
• Escort guests to tables or bar seating while ensuring optimal seating flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and bar seating areas
• Assist guests with menu inquiries, reservations, and special requests
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and service staff to ensure seamless operations
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure all guests enjoy a positive, memorable, and five-star experience

Qualifications​

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred
• Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Professional appearance and a warm, approachable attitude
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the season
