Job Title: Seasonal Bartender​

Location: Green Coast Hotel
Contract Type: Seasonal (May – September)

Job Summary

Green Coast Hotel is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team during the summer season. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced and high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure proper stock control, storage, and inventory of bar supplies
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Handle payments and operate the POS system when required
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements & Qualifications​

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or beach bar is required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
