Job Title: Seasonal F&B Runner (Assistant Waiter)​

Contract Type: Seasonal (May – September)

Job Summary​

Green Coast Hotel is seeking an energetic and motivated Seasonal Food & Beverage Runner (Assistant Waiter) to support the service team during the summer season. The role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities​

• Assist waiters in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset according to service standards
• Support the service team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Assist with preparation before service and closing duties after service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times

Requirements & Qualifications​

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
