Vector Architecture Ltd., a dynamic and innovative part of the established Vector Construction group, is seeking two talented and motivated Architects to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling design solutions for a diverse portfolio of projects across North America and worldwide.

• Location Options:
  • In-Office: Tirana Branch (Albania)
  • Remote: Anywhere (must be available for virtual meetings during CET/GMT+1 business hours)
  • Hybrid: A blend of in-office and remote work, tailored to your needs.
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities​

• Develop architectural designs from concept stage through to construction documents.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in site visits (if locally based) or virtual project review meetings.
• Contribute to design presentations and client communications.

Qualifications and Skills​

• Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in an architectural role.
  • Proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling software (mention preferred software, e.g., Revit and AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of building technology, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Albanian is a significant advantage, especially for in-office/hybrid roles.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Familiarity with Albanian or European building codes.
  • Experience in a variety of project types (e.g., residential, commercial, public).
