JOB DESCRIPTION- Training Senior Specialist
Job Duties:
- Actively participate in ICE meeting regarding new projects/ releases and prepare up front training materials for the team.
- Review and create policies and procedures for each product and process.
- Prepare training materials for the team for every process delivered from the front and back team.
- Update scripts continuously in accordance with sales strategy, releases etc.
- Organize training on existing procedures/and new procedures as per need.
- Perform exams frequently online and physically to measure and improve the awareness of the team.
- Identify weak points and training needs for all CX staff.
- Organize branch visits to measure the sales service and identify needs for improvement.
- Perform training for newly hired employees and coach the candidate for the trial period.
- Will be responsible for continuous improvement based on learner feedback and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with limited supervision, and be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Ability to design, develop and/or deliver training programs.
- Ability to lead and guide others to develop new skills or knowledge that will enhance their work.
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field
- Experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in a financing institution or similar position would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency of English language at least level B1/B2
- Driving license
