Social Media & Brand Strategist Wanted – Tirana | Remote Work with Weekly Meetings

We are launching a new premium brand of scented candles and lifestyle products, and we are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist & Content Marketing Manager to join us at the beginning of this journey.

This is not an opportunity to join an already established company. It is an opportunity to help build a new brand in Tirana, bringing expertise from the United Kingdom (UK) market, with many opportunities for professional development and career growth.

About the Role​

As a Brand Strategist & Content Marketing Manager , you will work closely with the founder to define and develop the overall direction of the brand.

This role combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. You will be responsible for helping shape brand positioning, analyzing target markets, contributing to product range strategy, and creating engaging content that brings the brand to life.

The position is primarily remote , with weekly in-person meetings. Candidates located in or near Tirana are preferred, as face-to-face collaboration is encouraged whenever possible.

Main Responsibilities​

Brand Strategy & Market Development​

  • Developing and improving the overall brand strategy.
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses.
  • Identifying and defining target customer segments.
  • Helping create brand positioning and messaging.
  • Contribution to the strategy of product ranges and collections.
  • Support in launch planning and market entry strategy.
  • Identification of growth opportunities and market trends.

Content Creation & Marketing​

  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Drafting content calendars and campaign concepts.
  • Writing marketing texts and product descriptions.
  • Support in creating content for email marketing.
  • Helping to define and maintain the tone of brand communication.
  • Creating content in line with brand values and positioning.

cooperation​

  • Close collaboration with the founder on brand development.
  • Participation in weekly planning and strategy meetings.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for business development.

Requirements​

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy or a similar field.
  • Experience with lifestyle, home decor, fragrance, beauty, wellness, fashion or consumer-oriented brands is a great advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Very good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborating closely with the founder.
  • Basic knowledge of English. No advanced or intermediate level is required, but you must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.
