Tv and Entertainment Specialist

Purpose of the position: Ensure the management of the TV product lifecycle by understanding and responding to customer needs converting them into product requirements.

Main Tasks:

• Understand and articulate the viewer’s needs by synthesizing data from various sources, building associated business cases and prioritizing product requirements.
• Have a high degree of day-to-day ownership over critical features that shape the viewer experience.
• Coordinate and synchronize product initiatives across different internal efforts and external partners building consensus on common components.
• Maintain active relationships with partners to help them on-board, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues.
• Track, analyses and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
• Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology TV and other Entertainment related developments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Media. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in similar field.

Skills:

• Familiarity with experience prototyping and other creative ways to gather direct feedback early in the product development process.
• Solid knowledge of best practices and trends among IPTV/OTT video streaming products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English language, other languages are advantage.
