Responsibilities

• Confirm Employee Schedule and Timing
• Ensure Authorizations to Bill are in the system
• Communicate any schedule changes to clients and employees
• Communicate any schedule discrepancies. Enforce Scheduling process
• Collaborate with other team members to communicate to customer
• Confirm Client and Employee paperwork folder is complete
• Address customer complaints and questions
• Prepare Hours worked and Billable Hours reconsolidation
• Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
• Prepare and present analytical reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
• Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication ability
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• BSc/BA in accounting / Finance/ Economics or similar field is preferred
