Role Description
The Project Manager will manage customer and internal communications, schedule, on-time and completion reporting, issues/risks with mitigation plans, action items, and budget (revenue/costs) of the project. It’s their job to make sure the project tasks are assigned to their coordinators and that it runs smoothly and on time. This can include communicating with Executives, Clients, and Departments within the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Responsibilities
Primary initial responsibility is for the management of a project
Follows a defined IT project management methodology
Identifies opportunities for improving and streamlining IT processes eliminating risks
Responsible for identifying the required project resources
Perform duties related to managing all aspects of deployment projects by leading team members from Program Coordinators, Field Operations, and Accounting.
Support development, peer review, and approval of Deployment Projects process and procedure documentation
Plan, organize, and manage resources and deployment activities for all deployment projects
Review requirements and solidify testability and measurement of process
Defect detection, reporting management, and prioritization
Education, Skills & Qualifications
Strong learning agility and comfort with a high degree of ambiguity
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel) – must
English level at least B2, preferred C* level
Self-starter who achieves goals and objectives with successful project completion
Associate Project Manager - Level 1

Enterprise (Network and Server) Project Manager Level 3
