EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a multinational company which operates in the water technology (Water-Tech) sector, specializing in drainage systems and water management solutions, is currently recruiting a Technical Advisor / Specification Engineer for Albania & Kosovo.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Establish and further develop long-term cooperation with architects, hydraulic designers, consulting engineers, and other project stakeholders;
  • Present the company’s technical solutions and product portfolio to architects, designers, and engineering offices;
  • Provide technical support including detailed drawings, technical specifications, hydraulic calculations, and project documentation;
  • Support the Sales Engineer during project development and execution phases;
  • Position the company’s technical solutions in project specifications and construction projects;
  • Conduct construction site visits and provide on-site technical assistance when required;
  • Organize and participate in technical presentations, conferences, fairs, and industry-related events;
  • Contribute to increasing market awareness regarding high-quality drainage and water management solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure effective project support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this position are:
  • University degree in Civil Engineering (preferably Hydraulic Engineering), Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering field;
  • Good knowledge of AutoCad is mandatory;
  • Experience in technical support, project design, specification management, or the construction industry is considered an advantage;
  • Strong technical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects;
  • Good command of English;
  • Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Willingness to travel and valid driving license.
