About the Role: As a Team Leader overseeing Monitoring Operations, you will spearhead our Event Management service, which focuses on the proactive monitoring of our IT infrastructure. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless operations aligned with standardized procedures compliant with ITIL standards. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a robust monitoring ecosystem, integrating seamlessly with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Monitoring Operators in proactive and reactive monitoring of IT infrastructure.
- Assess the criticality and impact on client services, ensuring swift resolution.
- Oversee adherence to predefined operational workflows and escalation management processes.
- Foster integration with NOC and SOC functions to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Manage technological integrations with monitoring, ticketing, asset management, and repository tools.
- Uphold ITIL standards and best practices across all operational activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in BMC TrueSight or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as Service Now, Remedy ITSM, Jira, etc.
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian.
