Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a supply chain analyst located in Tirana. The supply chain analyst will be responsible for managing supply chain and inventory operations, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and optimizing operations management on a daily basis.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a supply chain analyst located in Tirana. The supply chain analyst will be responsible for managing supply chain and inventory operations, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and optimizing operations management on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes annual/quarterly order requests for the region based on sales plans, current sales, and supplier deadlines.
- Plans supply needs based on sales plan, stock status, and turnover for each product/SKU.
- Manages OOS parameters and ensures to avoid OOS situations.
- Manages inventories/monthly inventory turnover.
- Organizes the ordering process for exporting to the countries where Eurolab operates.
- Organizes the ordering process inside warehouses.
- Organizes the needs for customs clearance.
- Organizes the planning and the process of labeling-stamping/purchase of stamps/translations.
- Coordinates supplies with persons in charge in the respective markets and warehouses in Albania.
- Prepares agreed weekly and monthly reports
- Any other duties related to the main functions according to the needs of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Communication and Analytical Skills
- Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills
- At least three years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, purchasing
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
