Profesionisti Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Client, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness;


Duties and Responsibility:
• Develops social media strategies for various clients in order to meet business needs;
• Implement creative and engaging social media campaigns throughout the year aiming to provide performance results;
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality content on social media platforms, to maximize traffic, engagement, growth and revenue;
• Works with clients to ensure their requested social media messaging aligns with branding;
• Manages projects and workflow with design team in order to meet client needs;
• Find opportunities to proactively engage with potencial clients and build relationships;
• Own and maintain social programming calendars;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI;
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
• Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices;
• Other Duties as Assigned;


Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social Media Manager;
Skills:
• Knowledgeable with social media metrics, tools, analytics and comfortable making data driven decisions;
• Proficient in time management, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
• Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes;
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them;
• Familiarity with web design and publishing;
• Excellent multitasking skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics;
• Require high level of integrity and confidentiality;
