BROTECH Brands is focused on the lighting industry since 2012. We are serving our customers and partners through our department Led Zone, through our showroom Led Shop and we also solve lighting projects through our department Memo Lighting where we have lighting engineers and architects.
Job position: Showroom Manager
Location: Tirana
Summary: Management of all operational work and full responsibility for the smooth running of the Showroom in accordance with the policies and standards established by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Very good knowledge of the products and services offered by the company;
• Works continuously to improve sales and maximize profit;
• Responsible for achieving the objectives set by the company, by managing and motivating staff;
• Performs all tasks related to the planning, organization, implementation and control of objectives for all staff under his responsibility (on a daily, monthly and yearly basis);
• Set priorities, identify and solves problems that may appear during work;
• It is ensured that the staff is trained and prepared to perform all work processes on a daily basis;
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or any relevant field.
Work Experiences and required skills:
• More than 3 years of proven working experience in sales and staff management;
• Proficient in Albanian and very good command of the English language (written and spoken);
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PPT;
Other interpersonal Skills:
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• People-oriented and results-driven;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate;
