We are growing and have an open position as a German Customer Support Representative
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written skills in German and English (Advanced/upper intermediate)
Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills Responsabilities:

Providing Customer Support for the website users
Handle support inquiries via email/chat
Work with information concerning inquiries,confirmations, and complaints;
