We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to provide guidance, consultancy, and support in managing IT services. The role ensures services are delivered efficiently, meet business needs, and comply with agreed quality standards. Candidates with cloud service management experience will also oversee cloud solutions and ITSM processes in a DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development, implementation, and optimization of IT services to meet business requirements.
• Ensure maximum uptime, timely incident response, configuration management, proactive maintenance, and tuning.
• Oversee service desk operations, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and release management according to SLA standards.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and quality indicators.
• Ensure adherence to organizational procedures and project office tasks; escalate issues with potential impacts on time or resources.
• Structure and communicate service information to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, development, and operations teams to maintain service reliability.
• Facilitate communication with policy teams, Member States, and other partners regarding service operations.
• For cloud specialization: manage cloud service delivery, monitor and optimize the service lifecycle, implement ITSM processes, and plan for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

Qualifications:

• EQF Level 6 degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in IT service management.
• Optional certifications: ITIL Foundation; for cloud specialization: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT service management and related tools.
• Experience with large-scale service support, service delivery, and business continuity.
• Good understanding of IT architecture and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, SLA, OLA, SMT.
• Ability to enforce high-quality standards and monitor service performance.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity practices.

For cloud specialization: excellent knowledge of cloud service management and platforms such as AWS, Azure, OVH, or Google Cloud.
