Job position: Senior Production Planning & Logistic specialist
Purpose of the job position: Prepare weekly schedules for production and ensure the continuity of supplies to Clients and the best possible customer service.
Organizational structure of the unit: Operation Department
Reports to: PPL Dep officer.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Competences – knowledge and skills.
Educational background and Professional Experience
Specialist knowledge.
Very good knowledge of the production process and of the Pre-MRP and MRP procedures in a production plant;
Very good knowledge of the methods and tools used for providing proper and effective level of customer service;
Very good knowledge of lean manufacturing and logistic flows;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Experience managing minimum small teams.
Particular skills required for the position.
Analytical skills, quick decision making, creativity, and precision.
Interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and in a diverse and challenging environment;
Ability to define a problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid solutions and conclusions.
Ability to organize own work and team work.
Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly and confidently.
Foreign language skills.
Proficiency in English

Duties and Responsibilities.
- Plan production: work with the production department to understand constraints and capabilities to achieve optimal planning by increasing output while reducing costs.
- Master data: Maintain, monitor and revise system planning data to ensure system effectively planning future material requirements for raw materials.
- Control the implementation of production plans every day and amend them as appropriate.
- Look for alternative solutions for production in case of delay and other atypical events.
- Print “pcs by pcs” labels.
- Coordinate and ensure timely implementation of products modifications.
- Prepare reports concerning the production plans.
- Comply with the norms, rules, and procedures within the company.
- Train new employees in the department.
- Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement.
- Supervise other production planning team members as required.
- Ensure on-time delivery by keeping track of each customer order from the time it is committed until the time it is shipped.
- Arrange and evaluate material availability to verify that the essential items are prepared as planned and can be accelerated as needed.
- Address difficulties when they emerge, with the goal of causing the least amount of interruption.

Educational background and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- At least 3 years' professional experience, in the Logistics /Planning Department.
