The Senior Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing operational strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role focuses on driving efficiency, optimizing processes, managing resources, and fostering a high-performance culture within the operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifies areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement across all operational functions.
- Manage full P&L responsibility to ensure revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Evaluates existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Leads and supports the operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyzes data and targets to identify performance gaps.
- Implements corrective actions and process improvements to ensure operational excellence.
- Optimizes the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective coordination and utilization of organizational resources.
- Identifies and mitigates operational risks that could impact business performance.
- Implements risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in P&L management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
