Our team consists of financial, IT, and customer care professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Senior Business Analyst.
Mission:		Supports the organization with periodic program performance reports based on data collection, analysis of project activities, development of quantitative and qualitative indicators, including communications, presentations, and analytical support activities. √ Support business in data driven decision making. √ Help outlining problems and performing detailed analysis on them √ Extract, assemble data for group intelligence analytics unit √ Calculate and analyse impact of various business scenarios and decisions √ Present findings and suggest improvements for existing processes √ Monitor business processes and effects of implemented changes √ Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Outcomes:		√ Within first 5 weeks of employment become well acquainted with: Company’s reporting framework (internal and external) Information and data set structures in all information systems of the company Know-how and navigation ability of internal BI system Company’s Objective Key Results Company’s products and processes √ Within first 12 weeks of employment able to: Extract and work with large data set from company data warehouse as required Provide in depth business analysis and recommendations to improve data sets quality
Competencies		√ Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills √ Demonstrated ability to learn and understand various computer systems √ Excellent command of written and spoken English √ Team-player with excellent initiative and self-motivation √ Ability to accept and follow direction; manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment √ Ability to work under pressure √ Willingness to accepting ownership and accountability of the process √ Ability to quickly learn complex business process and terminology
Main requirements		√ Master’s degree in one of related areas: Statistics, mathematics, finance, computer science and other STEM fields √ Proven track record in business analytics in supporting data driven decisions. Minimum 2 years’ experience in one of these positions: Senior Business Analyst; Business Analyst; Actuary; Data Scientist; Statistician; Risk Analyst; Financial Analyst; BI developer √ Excellent technical skills - SQL, Excel. Knowledge of other analytical tools like R, Python, SPSS etc. is an advantage. √ Experience in banking or microfinance industry will be considered an advantage.
