Job Overview:

Qterra Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to support our leasing and property services team. This role focuses on contacting prospective landlords, following up on leads, booking assessments, and maintaining accurate records. If you are confident on the phone, organized, and results-driven, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with provided leads via outbound phone calls.
• Obtain and verify accurate contact information from prospective landlords.
• Present Qterra’s services in a clear and compelling manner to generate interest.
• Book assessments and meetings for Property Specialists and Leasing Agents.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close opportunities where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Ensure all appointment details are clearly communicated and confirmed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full Time)
