Position Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level, high-accountability Sales Director to help lead revenue generation and business development efforts. This is a fully independent individual contributor role designed for a true "hunter" who thrives in consultative, complex sales environments. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, disciplined pipeline management, and experience navigating high-stakes conversations with C-suite decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close qualified client agreements per month from approved leads, targeting 3-4 qualified & signed sell-side agreements per month.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract.
  • Conduct high-level consultative conversations with business owners and senior executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during advanced deal stages to ensure seamless client handoff.
  • Operate with full ownership of revenue performance and quota outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience closing deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong preference for experience in financial services, SaaS, healthcare, or high-ticket advisory sales.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding targets in multi-call, consultative sales environments.
  • Executive presence with C2/native-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to consistently work EST business hours.
  • Highly process-driven, resilient, and emotionally intelligent in senior-level negotiations.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare sector or related B2B service verticals.
  • Experience selling advisory, consulting, or transaction-based services.
  • Background in team leadership or sales process development.
