Retail Reporting Specialist

Purpose of the position: Monitor retail performance and support data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and analysis.

Main Tasks:

• Prepare and maintain recurring reports on retail performance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps; support interpretation of key findings and scenario simulations.
• Assist in the evaluation of business cases, incentive models, and point-of-sale performance using both financial and operational data.
• Contribute to the enhancement and automation of reporting processes and tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports and analyses.
• Contribute to month closure reports for retail.

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fields.

Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting, business analysis, or financial data handling.

Skills:

• Strong command of Excel preferable including Power query and VBA. Familiarity with Power automate, Power apps and SharePoint is considered a plus;
• Able to interpret data into meaningful insights;
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources;
• Attention to detail and quality control;
• Organized, responsible, and proactive in improving processes;
• Clear communication and willingness to support colleagues across functions;
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently on routine tasks.
