Radio Optimization Specialist
Purpose of Position
Radio Optimization Specialist should plan all kind of measurements to check Network Quality, Coverage and Performance for GSM, UMTS, LTE, WiFi systems.
Main Task
- Perform all kind of field measurements and analyze them;
- Make BM DT for all Albanian roads and cities;
- Propose optimal HW and SW parameter changes;
- Provide partial or full solutions, suggestion for different RF problems in the field;
- Responsible for all kind of DT and Site Info (Antenna type, Azimuth, Tilt, Photo) database;
- Report to Maintenance team any kind of Site HW problem that is related to network coverage;
- Perform site survey for new sites, relocation, cells remote etc.
- Make site audits and report for new site/cell not later than 2 days after the installation;
- Prepare RSD for new sites, new cells etc.
Skills
- Knowledge in: Tems Investigation & Discovery, Actix, iManager U2020, MapInfo, Atoll;
- Very Good knowledge of English language;
- Positive Attitude, Team Work, Quality orientation, Effective communication skills, Good presentation skills;
- Availability to work overtime when needed;
- At least 3 years of experience in DT measurements for 2G/3G/4G networks;
- University Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic or Informatics Engineering
