For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Project Manager Salesforce / CRM



DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

  • Participate in client meetings sessions (e.g. progress call, Steering Committee...).
  • Work with technical and functional team members to identify the right solution for the client.
  • Understands client business needs, platform, and requirements, resolves issues in a thorough and timely manners.
  • Work with the client to translate their needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Communicate openly and clearly with clients and team.
  • Highly organized, meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives.
  • Prepare documentation using tools such as Visio, Word and Excel.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient use of tools like Jira to manage projects and resources tasks.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with one or more CRM applications (Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, SAP, Netsuite, etc).
  • 2+ Project/Program management experience.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
  • Ability to lead the team, with general direction and guidance.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Creativity, energy and strong results orientation.
  • Positive attitude with a good spirit of initiative and proactivity.
